    We had Mike as our mold buildup technician today, and he was informed and professional. We decided on Deep cleaning sanitation, and UV light therapy as a more permanent solution, and the fee was Great! . Happy with the work and would suggest it.Thnk you Purix Team

What does an air duct inspection include?

We check supply registers, returns, accessible duct runs, connections and insulation, and look for visible buildup or moisture around the air handler.

Can you tell if I have mold during an inspection?

We can point out visible buildup, moisture and conditions where microbial growth is more likely, but mold can’t be confirmed by looking. Confirmation requires sampling and lab analysis by a qualified professional.

Do I need an inspection before duct cleaning?

We inspect as the first step of every cleaning. A stand-alone inspection is useful if you’re unsure what the problem is or are comparing cleaning against replacement.

Is an inspection useful when buying a home?

Yes. It helps you understand the condition of the ductwork and whether cleaning or repairs may be needed.
