    We had Mike as our mold buildup technician today, and he was informed and professional. We decided on Deep cleaning sanitation, and UV light therapy as a more permanent solution, and the fee was Great! . Happy with the work and would suggest it.Thnk you Purix Team

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

An adult should be home to let us in and do the walkthrough at the start and end. You don’t need to stay in the room while we work.

How do you protect my floors and furniture?

We cover floors and work areas, and the duct system stays under negative pressure so debris is pulled into our equipment instead of into your home.

Can you clean ducts in a condo or high-rise?

Yes. We regularly work in condos and coordinate with building management on elevator use, parking and allowed work hours.

Is duct cleaning safe with pets in the house?

Yes. We ask that pets be kept in a separate room while equipment is running so they stay calm and safe.

How long does it take to clean a typical home?

Most condos and average-size homes take a few hours. Larger homes with multiple AC systems take longer.
