How Our Air Duct & HVAC Cleaning Works

Inspect
We look at your vents, returns, accessible ductwork and AC equipment, and explain what we find before any work begins.
- 02
Protect
Floors and work areas are covered, and the duct system is put under negative air pressure so loosened debris is pulled out, not pushed into the room.
- 03
Clean
Brushes and air whips break buildup loose from the ductwork while the collection unit captures it. Equipment is cleaned according to the scope you approved.
- 04
Walk Through
We show you the results, clean the grilles and registers, and point out anything that may need attention later.

What’s the difference between air duct cleaning and HVAC cleaning?
Air duct cleaning covers the ductwork, registers and plenums. HVAC cleaning covers the equipment, including the evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan and air handler cabinet. Many systems benefit from both.
How is HVAC mold cleaning different from air duct sanitizing?
Sanitizing is an antimicrobial treatment applied to duct surfaces after cleaning, usually for lingering odors. HVAC mold cleaning focuses on the wet AC components, such as the coil, drain pan and blower, where microbial buildup is more likely. We don’t test for mold.
Do you clean dryer vents too?
Yes. Dryer vent cleaning, dryer vent installation and commercial dryer vent cleaning are available alongside our air duct and HVAC services.
Do you work on attic insulation?
Yes. We remove old or contaminated attic insulation, add blown-in insulation, and handle full insulation replacement. It’s often a good time to check attic ductwork too.
