Ductwork gets most of the attention, but the equipment at the center of your system also collects dust and debris. In Miami’s climate, the evaporator coil and drain pan are wet for much of the year. Dust that reaches them sticks, builds up, and can restrict airflow or contribute to musty odors.

HVAC cleaning focuses on that equipment rather than the ducts. It covers the coil, blower, air handler cabinet, drain pan and plenums.     Reassemble & test

    Panels are sealed, power restored, and the system is run to confirm operation.

    We had Mike as our mold buildup technician today, and he was informed and professional. We decided on Deep cleaning sanitation, and UV light therapy as a more permanent solution, and the fee was Great! . Happy with the work and would suggest it.Thnk you Purix Team

What’s the difference between HVAC cleaning and air duct cleaning?
